is needed to open them no matter what i already have a password to the computer but i just don't want everyone that gets on the computer to be able to access everything i don't want to have to pay 4 this service does it already exsist if so how can i password protect certain links to thing one of the games is pretty violent

You can zip it with a password

put it in a partition. you can give this partition a pasword,in the same form you put a pasword when you open your pc,
or make yourself administrator, and don't put your special programs in a shared folder
