Intracellular vesciles are organelles bound a lipid bilayer membrane. Example, golgi apparatus, endosomes, endoplasmic reticulum, nucleus, mitocondria.

1) Dunno (Camillo Golgi?)
2) All eukaryotic cells (dunno about prokaryotes, they probably have some, but not a nucleus or mitocondria)
3) The lipid bilayer is made of lipid, and proteins are embedded. Inside the vesicle can contain stuff from outside the cell, ie proteins, sugar, bacteria, whatever.

i don't know who discovered vesicles but i know eukaryotic cells, more specifically animal cells, contain vesicles which are made in the Golgi Apparatus.
Vesicle is a very general term. It really depends on what "kind" of vesicle you're talking about. If you're talking about the ones in the animal cell, then it's partly made of the plasma membrane and .....something else or more that i forgot..........

if you want more info, check wikipedia.
