I grew up not far from John neighbor of Howard Beach New York, he and his family are well liked and respected members of the community who have done a lot for the area. As to any thing else, well his Son was recently found to be "out of the mafia" by a jury of his peers and no one has ever accused Victoria of being in the mob.
Remember to convict John Sr the government had to ignore the constituion and deprive him of the attorney of his choice.

What's to think? Organized crime generally exists by the money it steals and leeches from the poor, and the maliciously contrived suffering of others. What an apologist writer or government type has to say, by now, is manifestly worthless. They're not at the bottom. As far as Mr. Gotti himself is concerned, an overrated criminal. Like practically all high profile criminals as history generally, subsequently proves. He died and went on to whatever his reward may have been. Nuf sed. Let's dwell on the times when decency will prevail soon, not the underbelly of evil which uses human souls twisted and disfigured into tools for utter darkness.
