well kissing is an art....there are some things that are difficult to express in simple words....you won't understand unless you feel it....the passion of love.....in this case rain acts as a catalyst.....such topics never end.

That was one of the first dates my husband and I had, we kissed in my car while it was pouring rain outside. We made out for 2 hours and I was on cloud 9 for weeks!

That's so true, making love is so much better.
I think people love kissing in the rain because they had just watched "The notebook", i didnt like the movie that much but i know many people who loved it.

Second, cold, wet and miserable versus warm, sweet and moist--take your pick!
Third, it's so romantic, you can barely stand it.
