I'm gonna say Irving Fryar.
Fryar entered the league out of Nebraska as the #1 pick of the draft, and he was super-gifted: 6 foot 200 pounds, freakish strength, cartoon-size hands and legitimate 4.3 speed.
Unfortunately, he was also a thug who took drugs and beat women, and he was stuck on a terrible New England team for like 8 years.
Then he found God and got traded, resurrecting his career in his 30s with the Dolphins and the Eagles, notching multiple 1,000 yard seasons with both teams and ending his career in the top 10 in most categories.
He was always durable and tough. When his physical powers were at there zenith, he was an idiot.
When he was an elder-statesman (though he was still very fast and strong), he came into his own.
Fryar should be a Hall of Famer.

Art Monk, Im a Big Redskins Fan, plus also hes one of the best ever statistically as well, second in most categories behind the greatest ever Jerry Rice, and since Im a redskins fan, my fav has to be Monk
