i dont get this. what are some examples of the cells

It's really variable, actually. For epithelial cells, there is constant turnover (mitosis). Stem cells also divide regularly. Some cells differentiate then enter G0, where they are no longer able to divide unless given a proper stimulus. Example - neural cells (your brain stops growing when you are a kid). Stomach/intestine cells probably turn over every few days.

always, cells r always dieing, so cells r also always multiplying, to replace the dead cells.
