she is on three island,go to 3 island and go to the berry forest(they called it the berry forest because there are lots of berrys in there.)and you should be able to find her.

when you find her she will be attack by a Level 30 hypno,you can catch it or kill it.(you can find Level 40-45 hypno in the forest too.)
