because telling partial truth and not all of it

Heck no, it's not as good! Go big or go home! If your going to omit parts of the truth you may as well go all the way and come up with a whopper of a lie, involving a back story, characters, mythological creatures, natural disaster, lots of money, well, you get the picture. Lie like you mean it!

My definition of a lie is deliberately attempting to deceive someone. If your "partial truth" paints a wrong picture - it's a lie.

Sometimes you have to choose to be wise rather than right. Telling the complete truth in some instances can cause more damage than being less honest.

yup, there are no excuses for telling a lie. there is no such thing as a partial truth. If it is not completely true then it is a lie
