No, you would need to obtain a license in the U.S. Also, real estate agent licenses are issued by the state, so you would need to get it from the state you want to work in, and you would then be authorized to act as an agent only in that state.

Don't forget to get your work permit from INS. The other answers are probably correct - you'll need a real estate license for each state you'd want to work in too.

Every state has its own licensing requirements. In most cases, one has to have a state issued license in which he or she intends to practice. For example, if you got a license in Michigan, it would not necesserally give you a right to practice in California.
