The question itself isn't sexy. You usually see this on TV and in the movies more than real life. When someone asks the question, it's usually played off as if it's the beginning to a round of phone sex, where people describe having sex with one another over the telephone. Asking what you're wearing is just an easy way to break the ice since a lot of people are nervous about doing it in the first place.

Because then you can imagine exactly what they look like when you actually can't see them. And then sometimes you may wonder if they're wearing anything that's too... you know... to wear out in everyday public. It's just more exciting.
I never ask anyone that over the phone or computer, I don't see the point, but this is how I think others might see it.

Who said it was sexy. They could be wrapped up in 3 layers of clothes and tell you they're buck naked, so how would you know? Who cares what someone is wearing at the computer. You might be talking to some disgusting, smelly person sitting around naked...gaggg.

I think its pretty stupid. Its not like it matters.
Use a web cam to see what the other person is wearing or find something more interesting to talk about.

well most guys are visual and if you say nothing or a pair of panties and a tank top...well dam thats hot!! Most girls wouldnt understand tht so dont listen to them..and by the way....what ARE you wearing??
