You could use something that you might feel is a short coming but twist it to make it sound good. For example when I am asked that question I just say I am meticulous almost to a fault. Or that my lack of knowledge to this industry is covered up by my willingness to learn as much as I can. No matter what it is you want it to still sound positive! that way even your shortcomings sound like Good attributes!

Do not write down any shortcomings, real or not. This can be used against you at later date. 2 years from now they'll fire you and use this "shortcoming" as a reason. Give them nothing
