So far there isn't version of this movie be it in raw or with subs. But the place to check is http://www.tokyotosho.com which lists most of the anime raws as they come out in Japan. But as Bleach the Movie was released in Theatre it may a while before you can get a video to download.

There isn't any fansubs available for the movie yet so unless you wait untill it's released as a fan sub, the only place you could probably watch it is on Youtube watching a unsubtitled version of the movie.
