What do you mean by pregnant pill? If you are talking about birth control pills, yes you should be OK having sex without a condom after you have taken the pill for a month.
Sex with a condom always reduces your risk of getting or transmitting STD's. Birth control pills merely prevent pregnancy 99% of the time if used correctly. You are not protected against STDs with the pill.

If you really don't want to get pregnant, use a condom. There are lots of people that still get pregnant on the pill. If you miss one, take antibiotics when you're sick, or if you are super fertile, on the wrong type of pill for your body, you risk it. Just be careful! At least you could use that spermacide foam or something!

NO! The pill does NOT protect against the MANY easily spread and common sexually transmitted diseases. Even a condom only reduces the chances of getting something, but it's better than nothing. Only have sex if you know your partner well and are ready for any consequences.

I've been on it for about 2 years. But I think it all depends on your body, for some women it might not even work. So i guess its always a big risk to take.

its not called the pregnant pill because its not making you pregnant.
Its the contraceptive pill because it offers contraceptives.
So yes, IT PREVENTS YOU FROM BECOMING PREGNANT, although it doesnt protect against STIs and stuff.
