Definitely The Sharpshooter! Not only is it a painful move, but it is also tough to get out. Here is the order of the others you listed in terms of being the best:
2. Crippler Crossface
3. Ankle Lock
4. Figure 4 Leg Lock
5. Cobra Clutch
6. Tazmission
7. STF (I find it hilarious that Cena fans think there is a difference between Cena's STF and everybody Else's STF. Oh and you are right, William Regal is better at it than everyone else because he can put it on quickly at any time.)

I am a fan of the Sharpshooter. It is a bigger possibility of someone breaking the crossface which is a nice submission move too, than the sharpshooter. It is argued to have been invented by the late Owen Hart who was a Dungeon graduate, like many of the Hart men. As far as I am concerned, the Dungeon in Calgary is one of the best wrestling schools ever. Any moves that are invented, and perfected there, are the best. So, I would have to go with the sharpshooter. It is one of the hardest if not, the hardest to get out of. So the sharpshooter wins.

I would say the ankle lock/crippler crossface are the instant submission moves.

2)STF-U( John Cena's)
3)The sharpshooter/Figure 4

Being that I tried some of these moves while practicing grappling and fighting in both Aikido and Kempo to see if they actually work, the following are actually effective:

Ankle Lock - great to use when a kicker tries to get the upperhand
Tazmission - like rear naked choke with some compression

The others are nice for flair, but they need to be "allowed" to be used for them to work. Also add to the list the Anaconda Vice ... it is a Ki-Lock on the wrist, which is a submission focus in Aikido.

Crippler Crossface, that's pretty much an instant tap out. You also forgot Samoa Joe's Coquina Clutch. He made Kurt Angle tap to that.

The ankle lock works nice, but the claw worked better for me. I once slapped it on an offensive lineman and took him to his knees. my mom had to tell me, a skinny little kid, to quit picking on the football payers (I used to go through the halls at high school seeing if I could knock them out of my way, they respected me for that and my speed/stamina).

I know the sharpshooter works, as does the figure 4, but the sharpshooter hurts the victim.
