Do any of you have this problem? Sometimes I throw an off the wall question out there and people will respond but If a legit question is asked you dont get too many reponses... Why is that?

Yeah I have found that and to be honest it is a question no one has ever been able to answer satisfactorily. The only reason I can figure is there is alot (not all) of people who come on here with the mindset of 'I don't want to think too hard about the questions I answer.'

People answer questions that they want to answer. Thats all there is to it. They don't care if it's "off the wall" or "legit." I asked a normal question that I thought would get me some responses quickly(it was a computer question) I'm still waiting for any answer, that was 2 days ago. So there.

Good question. I don't know the answer.

I've had several exchanges of correspondence with a syndicated columnist, but he usually only responds to my asides, my BTW comments, not the main reason I wrote. I'm beginning to think that I'm just a marginal person!

Maybe people don't know how to think.
