Like how can I have their website taken down and such?

You can report the site to the Better Business Bureau (http://www.bbb.org/). They take down any scam business of any sort. If the site you're talking about does not have to do with my business, then I don't know about it.

Your best bet is to contact your internet provider. There is no official body that you can report to, unless we're talking about pornography and especially kiddie porn. The you need to talk to your loacl police!

Try your local district attorney or your state attorney generals office.

If it is a yahoo email you can send it to abuse@yahoo.com. They will need the complete header included with your email.
