I am looking for a phone company to make phone calls from UK to Pakistan on cheap rates like 3 or 4 pence per minutes. But I want that the company should make a contract with me and provides me with the paper billing and detailed information about the time of calls.
I will be thankful.

No problem - just go to the site I have used as a source - you have to dial a code first. I think they have a sort of sale on right now. You get Nectar points too. If you spend over £10 a month on mobile calls they will do you a good deal on that. But the best offer is probably the free broadband with Talk3. That gives you free calls to all codes in the UK starting in 01 or 02 24/7 for £19.99 or extra £1 for Talk3 International to call the EU, North America and down under too. Calls to Pakistan are cheap even to cell phones. This is not spam - I just have Talk3 International and FREE broadband for £20.99 a month. My website is OK on their web space too. There is a waiting list for the free broadband though...

through Calling cards you can make cheap international. I use calling cards from UK to US at the cheaper rates.

Have you thought about Skype OUT and IN ? that can do what you want and if the other person has it on their pc then it costs nothing to talk
