One of my favorite paranormal-science articles describes a "haunted" room. In fact, there are certain frequencies which affect the human body- in this particular case, 19 Hz. ...This is the resonance frequency of the human eyeball, by the way.

A number of the lower frequencies can produce "odd" feelings that people generally associate with creepiness.

Depends on what you define "Ghostly Penomae". There are other things to factor in, such as Spirits and Angels....many things to factor in....there really are some Kooks out there...but then some people are as "Psychic" as they come. You just gotta be able to sort them out.
