Take a deep breath. Be prepared. Remember that the audience is no there to see you fail. Let go, and let everyhting happen naturally. Relax. Everything will be okay.

Remind yourself to underreact. This is simple, but the reminder to meet a goal that is on the opposite end of the spectrum can be helpful.

Another tactic might be to ignore the audience (I know, easier said than accomplished).

There's also an audio tape program by Lucinda Bassett for anxiety; an excellent program, in fact, and worth the investment. Check a library catalogue; your library may be able to obtain it for you through inter-library loan.

well i sing in a band and alos do outside sales which is like a preformance... repetition is one thing and also now your stuff. the more you know about wahtever your talking about, the more confident youll be... remember too that every time is training time...you can learn something new everytime and then next time someone asks you a question you got it covered..besides who cares what they think..ther probaly jealouse of you that they cant go up and speak like that so just fake it till you make it!

also remember that its moments that make life great and if your heart is beating and your nervous...just means your alive and free so enjoy it ,get more knowlageable about yur product and the more times you can do it the better and quicker and easier it will be..!
good luck!

I heard once a good idea is to shake hands with members of the audience in that way when you are on stage you are talking to "friends".
Another rule of thumb is to never apologize for any weaknesses; you do not want your audience judging you in a negative manner.
Know your material; believe in your material, don't be fooled your audience will know the difference.
Practice, practice, practice, practice....
