It depends what type of e-mail you want lets say for example if its with your Internet service provider like AOL or BT you need your user name and password to access it from any computer which has Internet on just go on their website and enter your details but if you are looking to access your work e-mail from someone Else's computer you need to speak to your system administrator and he or she will tell you whether you can do that or not.

And enter your e-mail address and password. You can retrieve your e-mails and send e-mail from there.
