Hell In A Cell with Undertaker/Mankind in 1998 takes first place.
The First Elimination Chamber in 2002 gets the #2 spot since it nearly ended Triple H's career and life (crushed trachea from the 5-Star Frog Splash).
The ECW version wasn't bad at all, but didn't really live up to the hype that the previous ones did.

I say it is the Hell in a Cell. I have several reasons for this.
I will compare this to a NORMAL elimination chamber.
1. You can use the outside of the cell.
2. In the Undertaker Vs. Mandkind match Mandkind was thrown off the top. Also he was chokeslammed on a chair through the cell.
3.You can get weapons.
4.There can be interfernce.

I think the most brutal and barbaric match in history is the IRONMAN MATCH(a 1 hour match ). Its only taken place about 4 times in history because wrestlers are afraid to be in it. How many wrestlers from today(besides kurt angle, benoit, hhh, and hbk) can even compete in it? not very many
