Yes there is do an internet search for new home builders in San Antonio. Contact a real estate agent. Not going to find a reputable builder on a Q & A forum. You also need to be more specific when consulting a real estate agent, your questions are vague and lack basic information as well as sentence structure. To be taken seriously or get better answers you need to communicate better.
San Antonio is a major city, not like it's out in the wilderness or something, there are many homes, businesses, etc.

I think there are about 6,000 to 7,500 listings in the San Antonio MLS usually. And YES, I do offer them all! And builders' inventory as well.

go to www.realtor.com and enter the city,state and then hit more search options, you can put in the age of the homes being 0-1 years old.
