Sounds like you have an IBM hard drive or similar that is smart enough that it's telling you it's not well and going to die soon. Backup now! You may want to try reformatting the drive (after backing up of course) and re-imaging the system.

Backup ur drive now. ive had that and after 2 times it went hurry!!!! it defently sounds like an ibm although u can get it wiv dell sometimes
