He sounds just like my English teacher from my senior year. Maybe he gets borde a lot and wants to try new things especially young in heart....;)

He sounds like he's making an effort to show a good attitude and keep the students motivated. He also sounds like he has passion for being alive and is not content to just go through the daily routine. Hopefully you'll have a good year and look back upon class down the road as something worthwhile.

No offense to you...but, 'thing' should be 'think'...and 'begining' has two 'n's'...Now, on to your question...I work in education...and have taken classes at the college level...Truly enjoy learning...and appreciate a teacher that shares their interests with their students...ie: Music; grammar freak...I enrolled in a Speech/Communications class at a junior college some years ago...My instructor greeted us with, "Good evening good people." Just made us all feel welcomed...and set the tone for productive class discussions...Celebrate our differences that make us unique...Best to you...ciao, CAKES (dot, dot, dot)
