Yes that is normal. I know my first 2 days i be really sick and weak. And i vomit all the time. That's one of the things i hate about periods. But it is normal and you can take medication for cramps and things like that. That' what i do. But good luck and i know that time can be the one time in the month were i wanna run and hide.

I think that it is normal. I experince this during mine. I don't have it as bad as some people I know who can actually become very sick and vomit. I do experince an upset stomach, feeling nauseous, and sometimes even may have a small fever. I even find that I sometimes cant eat certain foods because they upset my stomach even more.

Absolutely. So is all sort of embarrassing stomach issues, ie. diarrhea. Eat more frequently and try taking an extra 400mg of magnesium and some extra calcium. They help.

Yes, it is normal don't get scared. This happened to me also my mom said it happens to some girls, you might also get really hungry and want a lot of chocolate.

Yes everyone has different symptoms - I also feel sick to my stomache when that time of the month rolls around. Have you tried herbal teas or fresh vegetable juice - this helps me out alot.....
