Well superior carnivores are always looking for inferior harbivores as lunch and dinner wherever there is a chance. Now all those places where the ecosystem includes monkeys and a superior carnivore there are chances that the monkey will be the part of their diet. To my recollection I know that crocs, tiger and lions all eat monkeys.
To be frank its not just a carnivore eating a monkey. Its about carnivore eating herbivore in its own ecosystem.
