To answer your question about the membership card,
The rewards program membership card allows you to purchase special "members only" items at the Home Entertainment Superstore (HES) http://www.millsberry.com/shop.phtml?shop_id=12 When you visit the store look at the immediate left of the "Home Computers" sign and you should see a set of double doors on the 'second floor'. Click on those doors and it should allow you into the "members only" area. You can choose 'retro' items or futuristic items as your rewards category and once a week you will be able to purchase an item from that area and the items change weekly

To get a membership card...that's a bit more tricky. I would suggest that you visit the HES every day. I've never been offered one even though I've spent a great deal of money at that store but I've heard from others that they were offered cards on their very first visit to the store or were offered cards when they have spend almost no money.
