I usually go on a shopping spree. The reasons I reward myself vary from studying really hard for a final, not telling a nasty customer where to go, or even loosing a few lbs.

shopping. Normally reward myself for not losing my temper or multitasking at work. When it has been a rough day and I just cant get anything right. I either take a long hot bath or go shopping
