Well, there could be some solid matches ... just make sure which type of ring is used in the bouts. Personally, I like the 6-sided ring better.
Start off with the cruiserweights (including Rey Mysterio) against the Division X wrestlers. That match would be a highlight reel in itself.
DX vs. VKM in an I Quit Tag Match with losers being the winning team's b*tches for a month.
Kane vs. Abyss (Inferno match)
Undertaker vs. Sting (HIAC match)
Samoa Joe vs. Umaga (gee ... which Samoan gimmick would win here?)
Give the title to Kurt Angle in a series of powerhouse matches, then have him go against the winner of Batista/Cena (hold the match a couple weeks earlier to determine the winner). Then whoever loses in the Batista/Cena match would get a match against A.J. Styles. It would probably end up Batista vs. Angle and Cena vs. Styles.
As for tag team matches, LAX goes against Rated RKO and Team 3-D meets the Hardy Boyz in a TLC Match.
Regarding the ladies, bring Mickie James and Victoria over to fight Jackie and Gail Kim. Also, have the remaining women just come out and shake their a$$es (since that is all they can really do).
And to wrap up this fight night ... Jeff Jarrett goes against Hulk Hogan ... that should get things ramped up for the fans.

if wwe declares war on TNA, they wouldn't have cross brand wrestling, that doesn't make sense, they are two different companies. they would have a weekly competition for ratings, for a while WWE would win but eventually people would realize that TNA is more entertaining to watch and would switch over, WWE knows that and therefor would not have a show on thursday. TNA is not big enough yet, but I'm sure it will one day rival WWE in a monday night war, which should only make the industry better. Remember kids, competition is what makes wrestling interesting, before TNA came along were you watching the WWE? no! because the WWE didn't have any competition and therefor didn't have to try hard. The WWE does have competition now with TNA having a prime time slot and ROH growing bigger every day. WWE is really dropping the ball, I still watch Raw, I still watch Smackdown, I'll even Tivo ECW, but I'll have to admit, TNA is about 10 times better, and ROH is 100 times better than that.

If that were to happen it would mean WWE bought out TNA. Which would result in WWE winning all the matches. Let's face it, TNA could never buy out WWE so they would never win. Case in point, WWE buying out ECW. Now WWE wrestlers are dominating in ECW. Remember children that wrestling is entertainment and not real fighting. The winners are known ahead of time.

They would have an Ultimate X match, those are cool, and maybe Elimination Chamber, those are the best. Then possibly a Hardcore Battle Royal. That would be a great match to be a main event.

First McMahon will have to buy TNA and then place some of his mediocre wrestlers in that federation and ruin it by not having the same style of matches that it is known for.
OH wait -he already did that to ECW!!!!!!

lol, TNA purely has like 4 reliable adult adult males, like listed above, Undertaker and Kane would beat the **** out of Diesel *kevin nash*. huge instruct, and Randy would desire to take the rest. together as the the remainder of the wrestlers can relax and devour popcorn. i will admit they have some reliable skills, yet WWE>TNA daily of the week.
