Yes, no one can tell you you are not in love if you believe you are! It doesn't matter how old you are love is a powerful feeling and if you feel it you feel it and no one has the right to take it away! When you get older some day you may look back on your teenage loves and see that your feelings of what love is has changed over the years, but if you feel love at a certain time no matter how old you are it is your choice to define how you feel. If you truly feel its love it is!

It's possible for some of them.
A lot of teenagers jump to conclusions about their infatuations and call the feeling love, but there are some who experience a real depth of feeling at that age.
I fell in love for the first time when I was eleven; I still miss and care for the boy, though I'll probably never see him again.

Yes, You can know what love really is but you might not be able to fall in love. They are 2 different things. When I was a teen I loved someone but i never fell in love until i was older/ Good luck sweetie

Yes I think it is possible for them to know emotionally and intellectually what love is, however to experience real love takes several years of comitted and sharing relationship which is basically impossible for a 16 year old to accomplish.

NO! There's a saying... although I am not good at paraphrasing.. but it goes something like this.
You think you know everything in your teens until your in your 20's.
Until your in your 30's when you find out you knew nothing in your 20's.
Until your in your 40's when you find out you knew nothing in your 30's, etc....
(I.E..... We all think we know everything until the next chapter of our life comes around and we are wise enough to admit how stupid we were the chapter before.)
Don't tie yourself down if you don't have to. The world is a big place and there is so much to see.

yes, but the problem is as you age, your feelings, wants and needs change, and you probably will be a totally different person in 10 years. That's why it is best just to make friends and date different people until you become more mentally grown. Don't be in a hurry to grow up.

Well I thought I knew what love was when I was 19 but then as I have gotten older I have learned I had no idea what it was. No I don't think teens really do.

I dont think so. It's not that you guys are dumb or anything, it's just because you need a hell of a lot of experience to know what it is. Thus, truthfully, people who do not have that kind of exprience do not know what it is, regardless of them being teenagers or not.
