i got a creative zen vision M for christmas. every now and then it just freezes and i have to wait for the battery to run out before i can do anything. i have tried to plugg it into the computer but it comes up and says mp3 not connected. i think it may be because virsus have been transferred from my computer to the mp3, dont even know if thats possible. any advise please need help asap. it is frozen just know. please help

if your player freezes take a pin and push it into the reset slot on the bottom of the player.Next you must install the lastest firmware
, go to the creative site and then download the file and install the new software. If the problem still persists contact the creative support centre or exchange it at the retail store you bought it from. The hard drive maybe defective

ingenious Zen is greater reasonably priced, greater solid and has better adio high quality. everybody has an iPod. the only good element approximately iPods are they are made right here, so as that they are greater as much as date. i could say ingenious Zen. different than that dont get the ZenVision:M fairly of the hot iPod Video. the hot iPod Video is better and greater reasonably priced. The iPod Nanos can not beat the ZenV or ZenVplus. the hot iPod shuffle is cool, yet no reveal is a real discomfort, I inform you. genuine discomfort. In gerneral, in basic terms iPod Video can beat ingenious Zen.

NEWSFLASH! the hole isn't on the bottom!
I know what to do! Just take a pin or a needle and look to the left of your zen. You'll find a little hole stick the needle in their until your screen changes.
