There's some articles at that site. Also look at some etymology sites. I googled and found several, but I couldn't find your word, except for at the above url. There's an etymology game online as well that has references but I can't remember the name. Anyone else know?

The villages lie on the River Clyst. What the meaning of the name of the river is, I don't know.
