Real, definitely. Small and petite can be really sexy, especially if you have a small body (also called a small frame). In this situation if you got huge boobs you'd looked weird and out to scale. Plus people would know they're fake, and that could get you a lot of negativity from, not just guys, but coworkers and such. Even if your tall, small boobs are fine. Everything looks fine and good except a small person with huge boobs. So no, I do not suggest getting implants.

Always the real thing. Fake boobs, at least to me, almost always look fake and unattractive.
