What is the best way to loose my chubby belly and thighs? I was thinking YogaBootyBallet. Anyone ever used it?

Never did that one, did the Yoga thing. But I am a gymnast, 10 years, here's my tips-

For the belly: Sit ups-standard postion- also try doing what we gymnasts call a V-up. Lay down flat on your back. Place your arms at your sides and keep your hands palm down beside your buttocks. Simultaneously left your feet (straight legs) and your shoulders (straight back) no more than 6 inches off the ground to make a V, using your hands to balance you. You can hold it for 2 minutes 2-3 times during your regular workout. Then, for a more intense workout, when you lift your legs and shoulders, push up with your hands and lift your body off the ground, do this repeatedly, never letting your feet or shoulders touch the ground.

Thighs-It's called Bottom Burners....this is how it goes: Stand up straight, with your hands on your hips. Put one foot infront of you as if you were taking a step and drop into a squat position but don't let your knee touch the ground, jump in the air and switch feet and repeat many times.

Yogabootyballet ... sounds like Bally's who's cutting costs because they're Cheep ... trying to con us all into not really aiming for anything.

Ah, they're better by themselves rather than merged. Best way to get rid of tummy and thights is to control diet ... then walk ... then add classes for fun ... in which case, this YogaBootyBallet might be entertaining.
