you can install NetDog, and add the myspace to "always blocked webistes list": http://www.netdogsoft.com

Go to
C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc
Open a “host” file in notepad. At the bottom of the line, you can see as follows
127.0.0.1 localhost
Add the following line at the end
Ex: 127.0.0.1 www.myspace.om localhost
Than save the file
