All of that should have been said since she's gotten all her digs out on you already. You shouldn't feel bad, get it off your chest and go on with your life.

Absolutely! I think for her to fully get a therapeutic value of this life story crap on you, that she get to hear the other side of the story too. Without your side of her life story, she gets to create in her little head that you accepted her story as truth. She needs to hold that mirror up in-front of herself and gain ownership of what part she played in your failed Marriage. I hope you find a lady who is so deserving of you. You must have the heart of a Lion to sit there and let her drag you down, in her words to help her. What a selfish little witch you were married to. I would run away and never look back at her.. There is someone out there who is looking for a gem like you. Tell her the other-side of her life story and remember, there is her version, your version and somewhere in-between is the truth. Go and help her with her therapy now and tell it like she dealt it.
Sincerely,
On your side.

Why do this now? Let her go and stop succumbing to that kind of thing.
Of course, if she was really going through alchoholic therapy, this stands true.
If the real story is she was trying to move on and you weren't done yet, you need to re-examine yourself. Just use it as a learning tool for the next relationship as to what NOT to do if you want it to last.
But if everything is exactly as you say, why did you go to her reading?

You don't owe anyone an explanation. Just say, "Whatever, that's not the only version of that story, but this session is more than over as far as I'm concerned".
Move on and refuse to let anyone else steal your joy
The one doing all the emotional hurting is always in more pain than the one they are attacking.

If there are kids involved, no. You need to be a bigger person no matter how much you are hurting for the kids. If not, and it would make you feel better, then let her have it. She's your ex and there are no ties there so go for it. Just dont be her wing man and run to her aid everytime she comes crying because she will start to use you....

i say go for it, she shared her side and i think it would be good for her to see yours. a lot of times we see things the way we want to. sounds like she could use a little eye opener as to the fact that it takes two inorder for a relationship to work and she messed up as well.

Yes, you should send her your version, it is part of the healing process. Let her see or hear how someone views how she treated people.

I think you should be the better person, and just let bygones be bygones.
She will get her karma back someday, even without your help.
Seeing this, aren't you glad she isn't the monkey on YOUR back anymore?

No, I would just let it go. Obviously she thought by bashing you it would make her feel better. It just confirmed who and what she is.......... Trouble........... Don't accept anymore of her stupid invitatations to verbal abuse sessions. Your done with her. Your to busy for such nonsense. Your moving on. Bye
