No worries, there's definitely things you can do to change this situation around! I know, I've done them! Oh, and they're so much safer than plastic surgery.

First, the chest exercises. Pushups, wall pushups, and chest presses are what I have found to work the best.

Do 10 regular pushups...you know how these are done. For wall pushups, stand about 2 feet from the wall and put the palms on the wall about should level. Lean foward slowly until you can feel the chest muscles tighten. Hold for 10 to 12 seconds and then stand back up. Repeat 10 times. And for chest press, press palms together with elbows out about shoulder level. Press as hard as you can (without hurting yourself of course) for 10 to 12 seconds. Repeat 10 times. Do this routine every other day to give your muscles a break to recover. Gradually build up to 15, 20, 25, 30 reps of the 3 different exercises. You will see increased firmness very quickly!

Also, massage your breasts....or have your husband do so....for a few minutes a day. The increased circulation is great for toning and firming.

Finally, you may or may not like this option, but I also use natural breast enhancing supplements called Biotech Natural Curves Breast Enhancement. After the first week I noticed increased firmness! And they're cheaper than most on the market...$20 for a 30 day supply.

Good luck!

You will probably have to go with surgery because the pills are all gimmicks and exercise strengthens the pectoral muscles under the breast, but does nothing for the breast tissue itself. If you are considering having more children; I would wait on breast surgery as you will have the same problem again and if you breastfeed, it is almost impossible to do as surgery cuts through your milk ducts and reroutes everything.

Boob Job surgery is very safe nowadays. My cousin got her breast reduction, tummy tuck and facelift surgery in India by the company called Forerunners Healthcare .The Price for the surgery she paid in India was very less. She paid 30% of the cost she was quoted in America.

Forerunners Healthcare is very famous in India. They arrange cosmetic and plastic surgery for foreigners in India. I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories. They arrange financing for USA, Canadian, UK and other international patients who plan to have surgery abroad for low price, as the breast reduction, tummy tuck, facelift and other cosmetic surgery is not covered by insurance. They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. There are huge cost savings. As a doctor I personally believe that surgery can be easily handled in India, as the quality of healthcare available In India is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star.

Hope this helps.
