Beauty & The Geek Season 3?

Question

Did anyone watch Beauty & The Geek the third season premiere last night?

I missed it so could someone explain to me what happened?

ok,

so first, you meet all the geeks and beauties, and they get together and pair up
the first challenge, is they go to a library, and using the beauties pick 3 book cards with the book title and its dewey decimal system number and they have to go and get all 3 books inhte library. in the books are 3 assignments for the geeks. the 3 challenges for hte geeks are: get a girl's phone number, get suntan lotion rubbed on your back, and borrow a cell phone. Tori is hte last to get her book, and Cecile is hte first. Nate, Cecile's partner, completes the 3 tasks, and they win that competition. when they go back to the house, the host tells nate and cecile that they get to pick 1 team to go to the elimination round. he then asks who would leave for the right amount, and he says 5000, 10000,15000 and 20000. and no one decides to take hte money. so no one goes home yet, b/c that was hte elimination round

then in the 2nd part, the contestants get a new challenge. the geeks have to perform standup comedy at the laugh factory(where "Kramer" had his racist tirade), while the beauties have to read up on current events and act as a news anchor, interviewing a prominent current event person. the beauties get a book, freakenomics to read, and abunch of other stuff. so the geeks go first, and the winner of that one is Nate, so he gets to pick 1 team to the elimination round. then in the beauties competiton, Cherie wins, so she gets to choose. Theres a long part about how Tori sucked and she starts crying, etc...... Anyways, Cherie and her partner talk it out with Nate and Cecile and they decide to send 2 crappy teams into the elimination, which I dont know why you would do(personally I would send 2 strong teams, but anyways), they send Tori and Sanjay and Erin and Drew. Tori sucks and she answers all her questions wrong, and Erin gets her 2 right. Then, in the guys turn, Sanjay sucks as well and misses his and he loses, so Sanjay and Tori have to go home. Thats it.

I only watched the second part of the premire

My take on the second part:
basically the teams are already set...
The star wars tribute band member geek (Nate i think?) and his partner Cecille won the first mission which was finding three books for the girl and the guys... i dunno
SO they get immunization (can't be picked to leave)

Then the host gave them a chance to leave the mansion for some money... At first, one couple thought they should take the money (25 GRAND) but decided not to... so no one left

They're second mission was given to them the next day..
For the girls... they had to do a TV interview about current events.
For the guys.... they had to do a stand up comedy routine for a very hot comedy club.

A girl named Shree did an excellent job and the other girls kinda just sucked.

The star wars guy did a great stand up comedy routine and Mario's was pretty darn good too.
The little asian kid named Piao just decided to swear and that was not cool.

SO, the hans solo guys group won
and Shree's group won

They both got to pick one team each to send to the elimination room and the african american girl and indian guy (sorry dunno their names)
ultimately lost because she didn't know any of the answers and he couldn't answer one either.

The real thing you missed was how much of a lazy pig Tori came across as. She did not study, and instead slept and BOMBED. She then got made at Sanjay because he did not tell her she did a good job, because as mentioned above she BOMBED. Then..Instead of studying for the elimination questions, she instead decides to fight and argue with Sanjay over his "lack of support". Very crazy to watch a normal girl progress into a psycho over the course of a 60 minute TV show.

The boys are put in one room and the girls are put in another. They walk in with the group facing the other direction and one by one audition. One person from each group goes over to the other room in alternating fashion and one person from the other group chooses to pair up with him/her and go get a room. This goes on until all couples are paired up.

Then comes the first challenge where the girls must fing three books in the library using the dewey decimal system and then the guy have to get a person to put sunscreen on their backs , get a woman's phone number, and get a person to let them use their cellphone to make a call to win. Nate and Cecille win

Next they offer everyone 20,000 to drop out, first one gets it. None of them will take the money.

Next the guys compete at a comedy club and once again Nate wins allowing him to choose one couple to go to elimination.

Then the girls compete interviewing an economist who they were given his book among other things to read. Sheree wins this one getting the other elimination vote.

Nate picks Sanjay and Tori. Sheree picks Drew and Erin.

Erin goes two for two. Tori goes 0 for two. Sanjay goes 0 for 1 and is eliminated.

I watched it! The girls had to find three books in the library and in them it had the directions for the guy's assignments. The guys had to ask random people off the streets to put sun tan lotion on their backs, ask a woman for her number, and borrow someone's cell. After that every couple had this stick thing where it was was connected. If the couple let go of the stick thingy then they could get 5-20,000 dollars but they have to leave the show. Noone let go of the stick thing. Then the guy's had to be on a comedy stand thing and the girls had to be on tv and talk about this book. After that Shajan (I think thats hiw you spell it) and this African American girl (I forgot her name) was eliminated/

For the girl I liked Andrea, for the guy I liked Mario. My favorite couple was Mario and Nadia. I wouldn't switch any of the teams. And I'm hoping that Scooter and Meagan win cuz Niels and Jennylee and Nate and Cecille do NOT deserve it!!

I don't remeber their names, but an African-American beauty flopped on an interview with the author for Freakanomics in her challenge b/c she refused to study. then, she kept bickering with her geek who seemed not to even be in an argument with her (psycho!). Then, she couldn't answer anything in the elimination round. Poor guy just had a bad draw with her.
