I'm not sure how this happened? Why did they get the pythons in the first place?
There are usually exotic rescues.
Here is one in south FL.

Well, the problem isn't so much now as it is in the future. As pythons grow, they are able to immobilize larger and larger prey. Eventually, most people don't want to keep them any longer. They are then either euthanized or just let go somewhere and presumably die?? But here in South Florida, there is a large and growing number being released where they can survive. As an unnaturally introduced species, they are causing havoc. Nothing seems impervious to its attack., even alligators. I wonder why so many are allowed to be imported in the first place.

Pythons aren't big enough to eat children. You have no jurisdiction on things IN HIS house. Stop whining.
People with your attitude ruin other's lives. A friend of the family was recently forced to move from HIS family farm (going back 2 generations) because a new subdivision that moved out to want a country life, complained about the country smell (he had a dairy farm). They whole lot of them petition and there was a city official in that area- he was pressured and hassled so much he had to move.

Pythons don't really pose a threat to children since they aren't venomous. Family pets are another matter. Try talking to your neighbour to try and get assurance that they will be inside pets only. Let them know (without getting angry or emotional) that you are concerned for the neighbourhood kids. If they are let outside then they will likely fall prey to the neighbourhood cats anyway, so I wouldn't be too concerned about it.
I would be much more concerned about dangerous breeds of dogs, which kill more children than any other animal (other than humans) in populated areas. Pitt bulls and other dangerous breeds are illegal in the UK and people who have them are directly accountable for their actions. i.e. If your pitt bull kills a child, you go to jail for manslaughter.

If he's licensed and taking care of them there's probably not a lot you can do. Keep in mind that if an animal control picks them up they're quite likely to be euthanised. If he's not caring for them that may be for the better but if he's being responsible, you're sending animals to their death for no good reason.

If they are well cared for there is nothing you can do. the man has every right to keep them. imagine if someone tryed to take away your German Shepherd or PitBull b/c they had kids even though its your baby and no incidents ahve happened.
