hello, i'm from a country in south america, and well now i live in the US, all my fam. talks english pretty good but im the only one that has an adcent, im kinda shamed of it because sometimes ppl dont understand me sometimes.

The people who would discriminate against your accent are not worth knowing.
Get some practice with the rest of your family, you're accent will be better soon.

Don't be ashamed. Just, like, practice or something. By the way, most of the people from Russia and Germany speaks with an accent and a lot of other people from other countries too.

Dude get over it, there are allot of people that have an accent, but if you would like to lose it practice. I believe everyone that lives here is the U.S. should speak English but you don't have to be perfect.

naah no need to b ashamed of our accent! of course, sometimes ppl might find it a bit hard to understand a few things u say, but that happens to almost everybody.....no need to worry!
besides, after u move around with ppl for a bit, your accent tends to get less heavy....

you should never be ashame of where you came from even if sometimes people don't understand you.if they are your friends they will get to know you in time.
