My friend gets push around a lot by other ppl. How can I stop her from being pushed around? What do I say to others when they are pushing her around?

sometimes it might take a lot of you to voice out your opinions to your friend and ask her to voice out her opinions.
sometimes it takes the person to just feel comfortable with being able to have the courage to stand up for themselves.
it has a lot to do with confidence and if your friend continues to see how you stand up for yourself, maybe she'll follow.
be a positive influence and push her a lil bit out there, but respect her limits.

ok i'm fairly shy too and that i had the comparable subject. I have been given extra new acquaintances that don't cope with me that way, yet I talked to my previous acquaintances often and wasn't shy anymore. So i don't in all probability be attentive to what might help yu out even with the shown fact that. :/
