I am not dure if sailor moon is on it or not but you can try www.video.animeepisodes.net. They have some anime but not all of them. If that doesn't work, try using the Yahoo Video search. If that doesn't work, you should buy the dvd. I THAT doesn't work, I did all I could.

you might be able to watch the episodes and maybe download them if you find out who did the english version of Sailor Moon and go to their website
