get the hint that you did something VERY wrong and evaluate what you did that could have pissed her off. it's probably something small or insignificant to you, but is very important to her!

Ask what is going on, girls don't do that kinda thing unless there is a very good reson, don't make them more angry, just slowly back away, keep your hands at your sides so as to protect yourself in an unlikely attack.

if I were you, I'd punch her in the boob or kick her back on the same, spot, they both hurt like hell, best is doing both of course :)
But punching a boob is much easier than a kick, because the kick is harder to hit on the right spot for it to hurt like #$^&$^@$
