what is the best way to give birth eg positions

I gave birth to my three on my back, with legs being pushed on when I pushed. Some women I guess can push better squatting...or on hands and knees, but those never worked for me.

have you never seen a birth on tv they aways are proped up on thier back with thier legs spread wide open. ALWAYS.
