I am a police officer currently testing for other departments. In police written tests there are different sections dealing with remembering details, basic math, english, writing, understanding and applying various passages of law to different situations etc.

You never see your score or how these are ranked. Where do these types or questions come from, and where can I find out more about them and how they are scored?
