The drug tests do pick up the "masks" and most employers count that as a positive.
Since all the pot smokers I have known tell me its not addictive, just quit using or quit the job or take your chances.

I've heard that there is something you can buy at a head shop that will mask it. But, why don't you just quit the cannabis rather than risk your job?

stop for three days and drink as much cranberry juice as you can...worked for me and I was smoking everyday
