It's all relative to what the man wants and what she wants ... do they fulfilll each others needs???
Personally, being a step-daughter of a Filipino ... well ... Dad was a looser with his expectations of a woman ... wanted a maid who would be a puppet ... well he got his ... poor dude, my dad ... didn't understand he had a role to fulfil too ... consequently, divorse --- ugly divorse. I got a great sister from that fiasco though ... I love my sister, she's the greatest!!!
Guess you get what you pay for: in love in marriage, payment isn't cold hard cash either --- rather payment is in the giving of self.

id like to say so i married a Filipino and i cant really tell u exactly why she makes a good wife but ive been married once before to a white woman and to be honest the filipino seems to be more out going and out spoken and no offense to any of the other races out there but shes very depent and knows what she wants

Well it depends on the woman herself. There is nothing wrong with race, Im an american and I am dating a Filipino man, and hes wonderful. Im still young and not at all thinking about marriage. But it all depends on the person, not the race.

Of course all cultures have their share of good and bad but my fiance is Filipino who was brought up in the Philippines. They seem to be taught to take care of their families well. They tend to be hard workers and great companions. But husbands should know how to properly love and respect their wives. When they do their wives will take care of them.

If you have to pick by race than you have a problem. Can't think of any woman who'd be excited to have you court her.
