The same way you look into your desktop's hard drive:

Go to "My Computer" (Depending on how you have Windows set up, it is either on your main desktop, or in the Start menu). Click on whatever drive has "C:" in its name, and there you go.... your hard drive!

Just be careful not to mess around with any system files. Specifically, do not go into the folder marked "Windows".

Go to My computer -> C: Drive double click and browse the files.

You can also, just select the drive (don't double click) and search (right mouse click -> select search)

I am not sure if thats what you are looking for. Your question is kind of vague. What excatly do you want to look for in the hard drive.
