Mystery Case Files: Prime Suspects?

Where can I find the battery, so I can search a location? I've looked on the other 2 locations but can't find it, and I can't move on in the game without it!!

i seem to remember 1 was by the wheel on the fruit cart, but i don't know what levels you have to choose from so need more info
