If you are looking for cheap,but cute, skirts I would highly suggest Forever 21, Rue 21, Wet Seal, Body Central, etc.
If you are looking for a little more well-made skirts I would suggest Bebe, Banana Republic, Urban Outfitters, or Black House White Market

well it depends if u r 10 and older go to justice if u r 20 and older go to american eagle if u r 40 and older u r 2 old!
